Refund and Returns Policy

At Herbix, we take pride in the quality of our herbal products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy applies to all products purchased on herbix.ca.

1. RETURN WINDOW

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your order was delivered. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all safety seals intact.
  • For health and safety reasons, any consumable or herbal product that has been opened or used is strictly non-returnable.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened herbal supplements, teas, or oils.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable digital guides or eBooks.
  • Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or clearance event.

4. HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide a brief reason for the return and a photo of the unopened product.
  3. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from your total refund amount.

6. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 10 business days.

7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
